To restore your purchase, open the SubliminalGen app and go to Settings. Tap "Restore Purchases" and sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your subscription and any previous purchases will be restored automatically.

SubliminalGen offers auto-renewable subscription plans including VIP Gold (1,200 seconds per billing cycle) and VIP Platinum (18,000 seconds per billing cycle). Your generation seconds reset at the beginning of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Laser Scripts are sessions generated based on the category, subcategory, and tone you select. They are available to Gold and Platinum subscribers. Your voice recordings and personal text are not sent to our servers — only your preference selections are used to generate the script.

No. Custom voice recordings are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload your private recordings to our servers.

You can delete your account directly within the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account data. Note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel separately through your Apple ID account settings.

This is usually a sync delay. Close and reopen the app. If it's still not updated after a few minutes, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. If the problem persists, contact us.

Yes. Go to Portal → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your profile, all conversation history, and all identity data. This action cannot be undone.

Check your internet connection first. If you're connected, force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue continues, delete and reinstall the app — your profile is stored in the cloud and will restore on sign-in.
