You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.

2. Description of Service

Essence is an AI-powered conversational application. You send text messages, which are processed by our backend and an AI-generated text response is returned to you. No other data types are transmitted.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. How the Service Works

When you submit a message in Essence:

• The text of your message is sent to our secure backend server.
• Our backend processes the message and returns an AI-generated text response.
• Only text is transmitted — no audio, images, location, or other data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing
• Attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Responses Disclaimer

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may:

• Contain inaccuracies or errors
• Not reflect professional advice of any kind
• Vary in quality or relevance

Do not rely on AI responses as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for the text messages you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, transient license to process your message text for the sole purpose of generating and returning an AI response.

We do not store, sell, or use your message content for any purpose beyond fulfilling your request.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Psyche AI LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

• Continuous or error-free availability
• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses
• Fitness for any particular purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psyche AI LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
